- Choreography music and videos for your dancer to practice at home.
- Costume rental, along with alterations, accessories/props, steaming & ironing and a garment bag.
- Stage rehearsals.

- Price varies depending on how many tickets your family would like to purchase.
- Tickets are sold per seat/per person.
- Includes a digital download of our professionally filmed performances.
Recital Photos — optional
During Rehearsal in May
- All dancers will participate in their group photo. It is optional to purchase your group photo.
- It is your choice to have an individual photo of your child taken in their costume.
- Rates set and processed at the discretion of the professional photography company. Rates can vary between $40-$200 depending on how many photos you wish to purchase.
Studio Events — optional
Throughout the Dance Year
- Movie Nights, Studio Sleepover, Year End Party and more!
- $10-$50 per student per event. Price varies according to the nature of the production.
Studio Apparel — optional
October and April
- Jackets, tank tops, shorts, sweatpants, hoodies, water bottles, mugs, toques and more!
- $25-$300 per student per item. Price varies according to the apparel item and quantity you wish to purchase.

- Please see our tuition rates on Page 9. We calculate your tuition based on the weekly hours your child dances and divide that into quarterly payments.
- Your child’s weekly class/es: Teacher, progressive lesson plan and equipment.
- Observation Week: Parents welcomed into the studio to watch their child's class (covid dependent).
- Spirit Weeks: SDC Spirit, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and Beach Week – treats and fun activities throughout the season.
- Parent Appreciation: Live feed TVs of all four classrooms playing in our downstairs and upstairs lounges. Tea/coffee and treats available for you in our upstairs lounge, no need to ask, please help yourself!
- Wifi for students to use for homework and your own personal needs while your child is in class.
- Sanitation of equipment used in class.
- Studio deep clean three times a week with a professional cleaning company.
- Consistent front desk hours to take care of all your questions and concerns throughout the dance year.

You will receive email reminders for upcoming fees 14 days, 7 days and 3 days prior to their due date.
Tuition is not prorated for Winter Break and Spring Break; these have already been accounted for in your tuition.
Tuition is prorated for scheduled studio stat holidays: Thanksgiving, Family Day, Easter Weekend, Victoria Day.
It is imperative that tuition and all other fees are paid on time so that we can continue to serve you best! Overdue fees will accrue a late fee of 15% per 30 days to the family’s account if fees remain unpaid. It is important to us that our programs are accessible to everyone. Please visit our website to apply for our Outreach Scholarship if you have financial need.
If Squamish Dance Centre cancels a class due to emergency, i.e., inclement weather, teacher illness, the affected classes will be rescheduled. If the class cannot be rescheduled, a credit to your Squamish Dance Centre financial account will be applied.
A credit or refund will not be issued for missed classes due to student absence.
Withdrawal must be submitted by email to Squamish Dance Centre. Word of mouth or student absence is not be considered notification. Tuition is not refundable after the first three weeks of a term start date. Registration and Recital fees are not refundable.
- Automated: Visa/MasterCard automatically charged owing amounts on their due dates.
- Manual Visa/MasterCard: Manually paying through your studio account, calling in or visiting our front desk.
